Configure Mail-in Check Payments with VatPay

Using Mail-In Check Payment as a gateway will give you a text area to enter payment details for the client that will be displayed on the printable invoice. This can be used to show your address for clients to send checks or money to you.

When you receive the payment, you would need to add the transaction manually into VatPay by using the "Record Manual Payment" section of the invoice.​

To configure Mail-In Checks in VatPay,

  1. Login to your VatPay account (my.VatPay.com))​

  2. From the VatPay dashboard go to Settings  Payments Integration.

  3. Under Mail-In Check box (as shown in screenshot below) click on "Configure Now" to go to Mail-in check Configuration page.Mail-In-Check.png

  4. Under "Accept Mail-In Checks" options, select "Yes".

  5. Enter the address where your checks will be mailed to:
